Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when fees paid to BE3HALY LLC("BE3HALY") are refundable. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Registered agent and formation fees

Registered agent and formation service fees, plus state fees, are refundable before state fees are transmitted to the state agency. Once transmitted, no refund is available.

In practice this means: if you cancel before we transmit any state fees to the relevant state agency, the registered agent fee, the formation service fee, and any state fees collected are refundable. Once state fees have been transmitted to the agency, those amounts and the related service fees are no longer refundable, because the filing is in process with the state.

2. Add-ons (EIN and BOIR)

Add-ons (EIN, BOIR) are refundable within 14 days of purchase as long as no agency fees have been paid.

If you request a refund of an add-on within 14 days of purchase and we have not yet paid any agency fees associated with that add-on, the add-on fee is refundable. Once agency fees have been paid, the add-on is no longer refundable.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are billed automatically at the start of each renewal period. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date from your billing portal. Renewal charges are generally non refundable once the new term has begun.

4. Taxes

All services are treated as non taxable at this time.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@be3haly.com with your account email and the entity or order in question. We will confirm eligibility based on the status of your filings and add-ons and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
